One assistant, three places to use it
ERPure.AI now works the same way wherever you open it. You get one assistant, not three different products.
- Web chat: open ERPure.AI in your browser, as before.
- Microsoft Teams: a new Teams tab gives you the full ERPure.AI chat without leaving Teams. This is ideal if your team already works in Teams all day.
- SAP Business One Web Client: open ERPure.AI straight from SAP. It knows you are working in SAP and supports the SAP tasks you are allowed to do.
When we release an improvement or a fix, it reaches all three places at the same time. There are no separate upgrades to manage.
Faster answers and smarter thinking
This version uses the new GPT-5.6 family of AI models. ERPure.AI picks the right one for each question:
- GPT-5.6 Terra gives quick answers to everyday questions.
- GPT-5.6 Sol takes on more complex questions that need deeper thinking, such as multi-step requests.
Whichever model is used, your organisation’s access rules and approval steps stay exactly the same.
Better at understanding SAP Business One
ERPure.AI now has an even better grasp of SAP Business One terms and checks what information is available before it answers. That means more useful answers, and fewer requests for information you don’t have access to.
Your data stays safe
Security has not changed. ERPure.AI follows your existing SAP permissions, so people only see what they are already allowed to see. And the assistant will never make a change in SAP without the required approval.
